This notion was reaffirmed when HR Success Talks \u2013 a leading HR professionals body comprised of over 1,25,000 HR professionals across India \u2013 bestowed upon Samar Mahapatra \u201cThe Glory of HR India\u201d honour recently at The Excellence Awards 2021 event.<\/p>\n
This was the sixth award in the past four months for Mahapatra in the field of HR at the national level \u2013 a statistic that the man himself is incredulous about.<\/p>\n
\u201cI did not expect any of these awards, and certainly never even dreamed of winning this highly prestigious one,\u201d a visibly ecstatic Mahapatra said after receiving his latest award.<\/p>\n
His delight was understandable as The Glory of HR India is indeed an extremely competitive and highly coveted award.<\/p>\n
A select jury of elite experts and professionals deliberated for four long months, following a rigorous process, to decide on the winners across 10 categories of the famous awards event this year.<\/p>\n
